The Acorn Diversified Trust is available to individuals and institutional investors who meet certain eligibility requirements, and who make the applicable minimum initial investment.

There is no regulatory minimum purchase amount requirement for investments in a Fund made by investors who qualify under the Accredited Investor Exemption. However, the minimum initial purchase amount established by the Manager for "accredited investors" is $10,000.

Investors may also qualify under the Minimum Amount Exemption by investing a minimum of $150,000.

Subscription Process for the Acorn Diversified Trust:

  1. CLICK HERE to request a copy of the Offering Memorandum and the Subscription Documents, or email us at service@acorn.ca .
  2. Complete the required Subscription Documents.
  3. Send documentation and investment to Acorn before 4:00p.m. ET on the last business day of the month.
